Underdog Market Vendor Agreement
By applying to vend at Underdog Market, you agree to the following:
- Liability: Underdog Market, Don't Stop Collecting, and its owners are not responsible for damage to, loss of, or theft of vendor merchandise, equipment, or personal property. Vendors participate at their own risk.
- Product Liability: Vendors are solely responsible for the products they sell. Underdog Market assumes no liability for any product sold by a vendor.
- Prohibited Items: The following may not be sold at Underdog Market: firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, tobacco products, vaping products, prepared foods without prior authorization, counterfeit merchandise, and any illegal items. Vendors found selling prohibited items will be removed immediately with no refund.
- Setup & Teardown: Vendors must provide their own tables, coverings, chairs, and display equipment. Your space must be cleaned and cleared at the end of each market day.
- Trash Disposal: All trash and waste must be disposed of in the Underdog Market garbage facility. Do not use neighboring property dumpsters or trash receptacles.
- Payments: We only accept payments in person at the market. This website is the only official source for Underdog Market information. No other individuals, pages, or groups are authorized to collect payment or represent Underdog Market.
- Season Passes: Season passes are non-refundable. Season pass holders are guaranteed a spot on any market day during the season.
- Conduct: Vendors are expected to be respectful to customers, staff, and other vendors. Underdog Market reserves the right to revoke vendor privileges at any time for misconduct.
- Weather: Market hours may be adjusted due to severe weather. No refunds for weather-related closures.
