What do I need to bring?

Everything. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, coverings, chairs, and merchandise. We provide the space and the foot traffic.

Do I need any permits or insurance?

No permits or insurance required for vendors.

How do I pay for my spot?

We only accept payments in person. Daily spots are $5 cash, paid at the door when you arrive. The weekend pass is $10 cash, paid on Friday, and covers Friday through Sunday. Season passes are also paid in person. No online payments, no phone payments. If anyone other than Underdog Market staff asks you for payment, do not pay them.

Do I need to reserve a spot in advance?

Walk-ups are welcome on market days. For guaranteed placement or season passes, apply through our vendor form.

Are there items that are not allowed?

The following items may not be sold at Underdog Market: firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, tobacco products, vaping products, prepared foods without prior authorization from market management, counterfeit merchandise, and any illegal items. Vendors found selling prohibited items will be removed immediately with no refund.

What are the setup and teardown times?

Vendors may begin setup before the market opens. On Fridays, vendors are welcome to stay past 5 PM as long as shoppers are still coming through. Teardown at your own pace at the end of the day.

What if the weather is bad?

We operate rain or shine. Hours may be adjusted for severe weather, especially on Friday mornings during early spring and late fall. Check our schedule for the latest updates.

Can I get a refund on my season pass?

Season passes are non-refundable.

Is there an entry fee to shop at the market?

No. Underdog Market is completely free for shoppers. There is no admission charge, no parking fee, no gate fee. Just show up and browse.

I've never done a flea market before. Can I still sell?

Absolutely. Many of our vendors are first-timers having what amounts to a garage sale. No experience necessary. Bring your stuff, set it up, and sell. M-37 traffic does the rest.
